Trenissick Farm

Several barns on an existing farm which were to be converted to form office/work spaces as part of a farm diversification scheme. The spaces were kept open for flexibility and could also be linked up to form one large office for bigger companies. The project was carried out in conjunction with STAGS Professional.

In the early stages a survey by an ecologist highlighted the presence of bats and owls on the site - both of which are protected species - and so provisions were made for them to gain access to the roof spaces for nesting and roosting.
