St Cleer

A loft conversion to a bungalow to form a master bedroom with en-suite and a separate study to allow the owners to work from home.

New stairs were built in place of a cupboard in the hallway and steel beams were installed to support the roof. This allowed much of the timber supports to be removed from the roof space to create a larger, open area. Rooflights on both the front and back of the building ensure that the rooms are naturally light and airy.

Status: Building works completed.
