Riverside Farm

This new build cottage style house will be situated adjacent to open fields and as such required strict control and design to ensure the building would be suitable for this location. Planning permission was gained in collaboration with local planning consultants Situ8.

The design was for a two storey dwelling with an additional single storey wrap around section. The building has a rendered finish with feature stone quoins, entrance porch and chimney.

Large sliding/folding doors to the lounge and breakfast rooms will give views over open fields to the rear and give good solar gains from the south facing elevation.
