New Eco House in Lostwithiel

This project is an interesting new eco-house currently under construction in Lostwithiel. Extensive glazing takes advantage of the stunning views out over the Fowey river, while also maximizing light and space. The design is built into the sloping ground to work around Lostwithiel's challenging terrain.

RRAS provided Building Regulation detail drawings, tender and contract admin services. The original house was designed by local architect Chris Jones. Additional work has since been carried out by RRAS to design a detached garage with accommodation over.

The images show the current building under construction. Work has been on hold and is shortly to recommence.
