Lanreath

A loft conversion to a semi-detached house to create an additional en-suite bedroom. Space in the roof was fairly limited, so steel beams were used to open the space out, and a dormer window was constructed at the front to give more headroom. Rooflights at the back give additional light to the bedroom and en-suite.

A new staircase was constructed over the existing stairs, and a cupboard at the top houses the relocated water tank.

Status: Building works completed.
